• Technical expertise in TB laboratory diagnostics and quality systems/laboratory quality assurance/EQA participation
• Strong analytical and data review skills for laboratory performance monitoring, surveillance data verification, troubleshooting diagnostic network bottlenecks
• Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills for liaising with reference laboratories, provincial programs, technical partners

MBBS with MPhil (Pathology, Microbiology) or Master's degree (recognized by HEC) in Lab Technology OR Microbiology OR Public Health, or related field (HEC-recognized OR PMDC-recognized where applicable). Minimum seven years of relevant experience in infectious diseases clinical laboratory diagnostics, quality assurance, or laboratory network management. Max Age 50 years.
